Michael Aaron Staffing is an established professional staffing and executive recruiting agency headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida, with a reach extending across all 50 states. The company connects employers with qualified prof1essionals through direct-hire recruiting, contract staffing, contract-to-hire placements, payroll services, and project-based workforce solutions.
Although the company possesses considerable experience and a strong record of serving employers and candidates, its existing website no longer reflects the quality or scale of the organization. Wiener Squad Media developed a modern website redesign concept to demonstrate how a stronger digital presence could improve credibility, simplify navigation, and generate more qualified inquiries.
Our audit found that the existing homepage lacked a clear value proposition and attempted to address employers and job seekers simultaneously without providing either audience with an obvious next step. The site also relied on an outdated rotating slider, image-based service buttons, dense paragraphs, older technology, and a complicated navigation structure. Important credibility indicators—including nationwide reach, more than 1,200 clients served, and over 150 consultants on assignment—were present but not used effectively.
The proposed redesign reorganizes the website around two distinct visitor journeys. Employers can immediately select “I’m Hiring” or “Request Talent,” while candidates can choose “I’m Job Searching,” explore current opportunities, or submit a résumé. This audience-first structure reduces confusion and helps visitors reach the information they need more quickly.
The new homepage concept introduces the headline “The Right Talent. The Right Opportunity. The Right Fit.” It combines a concise explanation of the company’s value with prominent calls to action and visible proof of its experience.
Staffing specialties are presented through clean, accessible cards for Accounting and Finance, Information Technology, Legal, Healthcare, Human Resources, Administrative and Operations, and Customer Service. The company’s five workforce solutions are also organized into an easy-to-understand section that allows employers to compare their options without reading lengthy blocks of text.
Additional improvements include a four-step recruiting process, detailed featured-job cards, testimonials and performance indicators, integrated Workforce Intelligence resources, simplified navigation, responsive mobile design, improved accessibility, and a stronger closing call to action.
This redesign concept shows how strategic website design can do much more than update a company’s appearance. It can clarify positioning, strengthen trust, support recruiting efforts, increase employer inquiries, improve candidate engagement, and provide a scalable marketing platform for future growth.
